An amazing and unique meal in a cozy restaurant that is doing its part to bring Andalusian cuisine into the 21st century. It's a delicious mix of local traditions and influences brought by the well-traveled owners. It was great sharing flavors and experiences, and we will definitely go back if we find ourselves in that beautiful part of Spain again.

This restaurant, without a doubt, offered the best meal we had in all of Granada. While the neighborhood might not be the most glamorous at night, and the restaurant itself is on the smaller side, the experience inside is pure magic. Reservations are a must! The service was exceptional – friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our server patiently explained everything on the menu, adding their own insights and recommendations. The food itself was a revelation. Traditional Spanish ingredients and dishes were given a refreshingly innovative twist. A special shoutout to the croquetas – unique and absolutely divine, perhaps the best I've had in all of Spain!

The best restaurant in Granada! Elevated but intimate and friendly. On top of the food being amazing, Jose and Raquel are also great people! Every dish is crafted with creativity and ingredients work so well together. The sizing portions are also great- never too small. The experience is enchanting, intimate, and relaxed all at the same time. My wife and I have committed to make Garbo a visit every time we visit Granada. PS highly recommend the steak tartar!

We are always looking for new and interesting places to eat so today we went for lunch in Garbo. We had booked a table and advised them that I was vegan. Raquel cooked me a stunning roasted squash with raspberries and rocket, a touch of ras el hanout and peanuts. Absolutely delicious and original. Next we shared a fried rice with algas and mushroom. Spicy and umami packed. Jose recommended a white wine from Jaen and it complimented the food perfectly. Jose was very knowledgeable about the food and wine and it was plane to see his passion. Over all a great experience and very reasonably priced.

I have had few dining experience as delicious and fulfilling as Garbo. I went on a Saturday and loved it so much I came back the next day for more! The food is absolutely incredible and it’s nearly impossible to pick my favorite. The bao are particularly delicious as are the ensaladilla, costillas, and croquetas. The fusion of various flavors and textures contribute to a delectable and tantalizing meal. Raquel and Jose have crafted a unique menu with care and pride that shows—the plates are prepared and served masterfully. Hats off to them! I will definitely be back soon! Update: I have since returned to Garbo various times and am thrilled that the chefs continue to impress. They have recently updated their menu with delicious and ingenious dishes that highlight their master of the craft. My favorites are the baozi, the tiradito, and the noodles pil-pil. The cheesecake is also a great way to finish the meal. A must-visit for food-lovers in Granada.
